Stefano Greco is a versatile sound designer and DJ/Producer whose work blends electronic and electroacoustic music with a dancefloor and world music attitude. His musical journey began by studying guitar and evolved through the use of unconventional instruments such as the processed monochord and the Taishogoto.
In 2003, he started composing and performing for theater productions, contemporary dance and exhibitions, including GAM Torino, Greenwich Docklands London, Danae Festival, Drodesera, Teatro delle Moire and many others.
Over the years, Greco expanded his activity in DJing and, in parallel, as a curator and music supervisor collaborating with prestigious brands such as Dior, Trussardi, SkyItalia, Rai, Xerjoff, Replay!, Internazionale FC, and many more. In 2011, he founded Blau Studio in Milan, a creative hub dedicated to sound design for video and media. Since then, he has worked on audio post-production and mastering for various artists while also mixing independent short films and commercials for broadcasting, often creating original music too.
Known by the nickname Fana, he has released 3 EPs and performed numerous DJ sets and live shows between 2010 and 2023 (Castello Sforzesco and Triennale Milano, Planetario Civico di Milano, Musical Zoo Brescia, Anita Berber Berlin, Lac Lugano, Classical Next Hannover, Fondazione Merz Torino, and many others).
He performs live both solo and as part of Phase Duo, together with violinist Eloisa Manera and drummer Alessandro Rossi (with three albums, one EP, and over 100 concerts in Italy and abroad). His most recent project, Distropical, is a dynamic collaboration with producer and publisher Govind Singh Khurana, merging global influences with original club-oriented productions.
